In 2012, I founded Flexperto, a customer engagement SaaS company that garnered over 100 enterprise clients in the DACH region such as DEVK, HUK-Coburg, Deutsche Telekom or Mercedes Benz. In 2021, Flexperto was acquired by RGI Spa, a leading European insurance software company. I continued to work with RGI and collaborated with CVC Capital, the largest Private Equity firm in Europe, to expand our business into new markets and industries. In 2023, I made the decision to step down as the CEO of Flexperto in order to channel my expertise towards a socially inclined venture - Project Y - addressing the global youth unemployment.
