"We ran into an issue that caused all of our email servers to stop processing emails. We contacted the support line at approximately 7:15 AM and started working with Cameron Adams. Cameron did some initial troubleshooting and escalated to Raechel Moermond for assistance. A little over an hour after starting the call, our issue was completely resolved. I was extremely impressed with the fast response time and level of professionalism during this call. Cameron was very responsive and proactive in helping us get this resolved. Rachel’s technical expertise and calm demeanor helped guide us to a prompt resolution. We appreciate the excellent service and look forward to working together again.
